Excellent service from Sonja on our commercial building insurance. We are new to this market and Sonja has been great at educating us and getting quotes. I can't believe all the work she has done, submitting to many insurers and giving us several quoted options. I highly recommend Metrix / Axis, and particularly Sonja as your insurance broker.

Waited a month for my personal trainer insurance after sending the payment. Had to call dozen of times. Had to send the payment twice in order for them to provide me with the insurance. Was promised a refund and have been waiting for over half a year since then, still not received. Very slow replies whenever you contact them.

I've been a customer since they were "Winram Insurance". At that time, they used to personally come visit you anywhere in the Lower Mainland to get your insurance needs done. Since those days years ago, their service has gradually been getting worse and worse. Their employee retention seems low, and every year I call to renew it's someone new that you're dealing with and it's hard to build a relationship with your insurance broker that way. Now it seems they have merged with Shaw Sabey, and it just confuses everything along the way. The auto insurance brokers which were part of Axis are now a different

Worst business insurance we have ever had. Alex the CEO was to sort out a claim until he also goes MIA and doesnt reply to messages in timely manner - if at all. Even when scheduled conference calls - when we call in we are told he is not in office and must have forgotten about the SCHEDULED call. Save yourself a tonne of headache and frustration - go somewhere else.
