Our massage therapists are trained in many different therapeutic massage techniques. Your massage therapy treatment will focus on soft tissue and joint problems to reduce pain, release muscle tightness or spasms, increase muscle or joint function, and help with tendon or ligament issues. All treatments are provided by a registered massage therapist.

It's a really nice spa and the woman who did my nails was really sweet. My pedicure looks great, but with what they charge I'm disappointed in my
Manicure. I always get "buff shiny" and there's no shine at all. I asked her to get more shine and she said she'd try, but it's completely dull. They should have good buffers, (I think she did the best she could with the tools they give her) clearly the little white ones they have don't work.

I have been to all three of the soma locations for all services and I have never had a bad experience! They staff are all so kind and the atmosphere is great, I love that you can go in and mow things are clean and done correctly. The updated interior is beautiful as well. The staff is also very helpful if you cant decide on a color they are always willing to help you decide. They are my go to spa for almost all services! I always see Jenny at soma north for my gel nails she is so talented and very kind.

I didn't personally have anything done, but I booked an appointment to treat my mum. She had a Mani & pedi and was super happy with it. The staff were super friendly, and when booking the appointment, I was helped which was great and made it simple. I have never seen my mum that relaxed. She said after that she has only ever had 3 pedicures and this was by far the best. She's already excited to go back. She didn't want it to end. It does sound expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

Any time I am in Regina, my mom and I go for pedicures together. I've visited Soma's South and East locations many times, and have always been happy with the quality of their services and products. I wouldn't classify it as a spa necessarily - they have a room for their manis and pedis, and obviously ladies like to chat. So it is a nice place to come with friends to have a visit and a girls' day. Their services are reasonably priced, and they have very comfy massage chairs for their pedicures. I also like that they offer shellac pedicures, and have a wide range of shellac

Soma is a spa-chain here, y'all. It's huge. I mean, huge. In this location, the spa space is shared with a mani-pedi lounge room and a salon. Of course, this has its upsides and downsides. It's obviously convenient if you're looking to get other services done. The downside is the spa experience (even in the room farthest from everyone) may be occasionally punctuated by gossiping ladies and the manic laughter that ensues.
