We purchased our hot tub here on the advice of friends and after doing our own extensive research and shopping around. Ultimately we have been (and are) very pleased with the staff and service. Knowledgeable, friendly and very service oriented. 5 stars
So... just an update. We needed to replace our cover after 7 years (good mileage) and shopped around online and locally. Ended up going through paradise (support local!) And were very pleased. Exactly the correct dimensions and fit, price was great. Thanks again folks ( from front desk to service and parts)

Awesome products, very knowledgeable staff. The only issue I've had with P.L. Is the service aspect. They winterized my tub very well. I called to ask if I require to do anything upon filling it in spring. I was told "no don't worry the guys are great, and tighten everything back up.” (I should know better being in the trades) still I filled it full and noticed water all over my backyard. So I call the service line. Get hung up on the first time, try again, a very nice man answers and says he is not on call and cannot get away because he has his daughter. Paradise Leisurescapes truly understands the importance of happy customers. Lorne (our sales person) went to bat for us and they made a tough decision to ensure we walked out happy after many issues we experienced with one product bought from there. Not every place in town would go that far for a customer but these guys stand behind what they sell. We will definitely shop there again and you should too.

Curtis, our sales person is awesome. However, I consistently get terrible customer service from their Service team. Covid might be the reason or an excuse for it. Generally, emails are not replied to and phone messages are not returned. The tub is 10 months old and has never been free and clear of all issues starting on day one. A corner was dented when it was delivered and is still not replaced. It took 4 months to get warranty on a waterfall rusting. The cover has had a warranty claim since June with no eta on the new cover. A new cover lift was ordered in July which is still not received. As

Paradise Leisurescapes has been great to deal with. We purchased our first hot tub from them roughly 1 month ago and we were so happy we went with them. I was able to shop, ask questions, and arrange delivery all from the comfort of my own home. Curtis was able to answer every question and was always a text away. Set up was quick and efficient and he has answered every question we have had. Overall we are very happy to have purchased our hot tub through them and look forward to many years of fun it will bring.

We wanted a hot tub. We spent a whole day visiting different spa vendors in Saskatoon. We decided to go with Paradise Leisurescapes primarily because of the excellent customer service. They were kind, friendly and ready to answer all our questions. They sell quality products which they stand behind with a formidable warranty. They have been able to provide us with all the information we need and their store even has an in-house water testing facility which is free to use for customers. I am happy to work with a Saskatoon-based business. Today I am looking at a wonderful hot tub in my back yard

Great selection and excellent service. Curtis was able to answer all of our questions and help us pick the right hot tub for our needs. Their installation team was great and got everything delivered, setup and running in an afternoon and spent the time making sure we knew everything about keeping it running smoothly.
I have since been back to get the water tested (complimentary) and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what chemicals to add to maintain the correct water balance.
I would definitely recommend them for the sales, service and support after you have made your purchase.
