Had a great, smooth experience with Steve at Alex Automotive. The ONLY problem I had was having too many nice vehicles to view on the lot. But, my selection was the absolute best choice I could have made. I would definitely recommend giving them a look when shopping for nice quality Mercedes or Porsches.

So PLEASED with the car buying experience at Alex Automotive! Steve Rosenthal was the best! The absolute best and only place I take my car to get serviced as well as any repairs. Their customer service is unmatched. Renee is the nicest woman, and her doggos are the sweetest. These people claim they are Bmw and Mercedes Certified and authorized but when I got new brakes I felt like they weren't genuine so I took them to the BMW dealership and found that they were generic and not OEM. They refused a refund and started yelling to intimidate. The front desk lady is a larger woman and started laughing at my request.

I bought a cute little Jetta 3 months ago. After an oil change I was informed of some major work I needed from a different establishment. I brought my car to Alex's for their complimentary second opinion which confirmed the previous diagnosis. I have a 2012 Range Rover and had taken it to two different repair shops, one being the Range Rover dealership, only to receive two different issues, which didn't sit well with me. I was in need of extensive repairs to the undercarriage of CLA250. After spending 2 weeks with another shop, I was pleased to have Alex automotive fix my car and have it running like new again. Alex and his team did a wonderful job with improving the look of my 2003 E320 by polishing my headlights to remove the oxidation that had formed over the years. The "facelift" took years off my car's age, and as a result, I've received many compliments. They are always a pleasure to work with.

I recently used Alex Automotive for a repair to my Audi A3. Every repair shop without exception wanted to replace the engine which ranged from $3500 to $7000. I wanted to keep the car because I really liked it, but everyone talked the talk about being experts repairing Audi's but the fact was they wanted to replace the engine which really required very little skill. The skill required was to repair it and that is what Alex and his team did and they did a fantastic job repairing the engine from a broken rear timing belt at basically the cost of a used engine with over 100k on it not including

Alex, Renee, and the rest of the staff are awesome. Very professional, super helpful, and most of all, honest. My dealership usually has a laundry list of items I need repaired and I go to Alex to see what's really needed. He's usually more affordable and I prefer to pay the small business owner over a larger corporation. Definitely visit if you need work on your car!

I called Alex automotive and the man who took my call was extremely rude, when I told them about my car situation he demanded to know why I was really calling! Then accused me of being a sales call and made me PROVE that I wasn't a sales person! Are you kidding me?!? When I asked to talk to the owner he wouldn't transfer me. This was the most ridiculous situation.

I've bought my last four cars from Alex Automotive, and became an Alex customer for life a number of years ago when my two seater Mercedes started making bizarre noises... pulled into their service department, asked them to fix whatever the problem and mentally prepared to max out my credit card.
Twenty minutes later, Brian, their Service Manager brought my car back around front ( washed and vacuumed) and handed me the keys... I asked how much and his response was "nothing - no charge, everything's fine." No labor charge, nothing.
