Terrible and horrible experience and will never return.
Quoted $60 to fix a flat tire, didn't want to keep shopping around so went with it even though it was really high to begin with.
45minutes after car dropped off, got a call that this job requires "more skills" and the price is now $100.
I didn't want them to mess up my car if I decline/argue so I reluctantly agreed.
This is horrible sales practice to take advantage of people. It's these scums that bring a bad name to the car repair business.
Despicable behaviors and the owner should be ashamed of himself.

The guy who I imagine is the owner was rude to me and every customer I heard him interact with. The context was admittedly a little chaotic, but it was just plain terrible service. (Another staff member that I talked was professional and courteous.)
I asked for my car back before we found a way to get more signals crossed. So rude. Who needs that?

In the end the tires they installed and the alignment they did were fine however, I feel absolutely deflated from their customer service policy. I called on a Friday to ask if they had a certain tire in stock and Randy said they did't but they had another brand available. No problem, booked it for a Saturday. I brought my vehicle in and decided to wait there as the clerk said it'd be about an hour and a half. Three hours later I'm told that they don't actually have the tires on hand and that they were being transferred from a warehouse and that the driver isn't reachable

Randy, who says he's the owner, treated my mother extremely poorly while she was looking to replace her flat tire...
She was asking questions to better understand what needed to be replaced and what didn't, and he was extremely dismissive and called her stupid....
Not only that, he overcharged us by raising the amount of tax, and I wouldn't be surprised if he cheats every single person who walks in the door like that....

The owner (it seems) was strangely rude from the moment I pulled up my car. I wouldn't bother posting a review, but his rudeness was bizarre as there was no basis for it. Here's literally how it went when I pulled up my car: The Owner: "You can't park here"/ Me: "OK, where should I park?"/ "In a parking spot"/ "Is there a space somewhere?"/ "Wherever you find one." Went to this location after seeing this yelp page... I'll leave the subjective stuff out til the end and just describe what happened up here. First off I get there and one of the people whom I presume work there come and ask me what i need. I tell them what I need which was slow leak in 2 tires repaired, then the guy runs off, i stand there for maybe 10 minutes kinda confused. Then another guy comes out and says hell repair the tires but i need to go inside while he works because i cant watch him work on my car even though its being done in the parking lot... it aint even inside the shop.

I have a fantastic experience. Easily booked a tire swap appointment. I arrived on time and was serviced immediately upon arrival. Service was friendly and polite. Waiting area is nothing to be super excited about, but sufficient. I was in and out in no time with my tires balanced, swapped and out into storage.

I had my car's punctured right rear tire replaced somewhere else but not until I visit Randy's Big O Tires, nobody tell me that the position of the tires are not balanced that way. Without a second thought, Randy offered to help me get the tires rotation done. Did I mention it was done during my lunch break? Their service totally raise the bar of a tire shop. Thanks again.

I'm not one for false modesty but boy did Big O Tires, and in particular its manager Randy Sokalofsky, come in handy today.
My flat tire situation was utterly unusual. I say unusual because of the time of the year when it happened and the type of damage that the tire sustained. I got a flat tire on Christmas Eve, and was not able to move my SUV until after Christmas day. After replacing the flat tire with my spare tire I resorted to Yelp and to the internet to look for a reliable and honest tire shop. So, I'm brown and my partner's white. Normally, this wouldn't matter at ALL when it comes to writing a review of a place, but here, it really, really did. We came to the store a few months ago with a flat tire. We were waiting in the area with a TV when the news was on. A great experience here today! We parked our car in front of our house only to see a screw sticking out. Oh no! So we drove it to the nearest place that did tires (not Big O Tires) and asked if they could repair it. They took the screw out but said that unfortunatly the hole was too close to the wall so they couldn't fix it. They said we could either purchase two new tires (since you should swap two at a time and they didn't carry the brand we had on there) or we should go find one of the same brand. Fine, no problem. So we called Big O Tires to see if they carried the brand we were looking
