We arrange second mortgages in Ontario up to 85% (GTA), 80% in most major cities and up to 75% in rural areas and select cities. A second mortgage can also be used when primary lenders refuse to fund up to 85% of the value of the home. An equity based first mortgage can be obtained up to 65% and a second mortgage can be obtained up to 85% to facilitate the purchase of the home.

Private mortgages can be arranged for up to 85% of the value of the property with little or no income verification. Private mortgages are a great alternative for clients who are outside of the borrowing guide lines of an institutional lender.
Bad credit is subjective. Some lenders have more flexible requirements then others. Mortgages will generally fall under one of three lender categories, traditional lender, subprime lender and private lender. We work with many bad credit mortgage lenders. This company is the same as Trillium mortgage. Pure scammers and Liars beware you will have nothing but problems and end up chasing them in court for many years. the owner Frank Manzo is a complete con artist.
