If you are looking for pleasant mortgage agreement, do not hesitate - just ask Frankie! Frankie has amazing team: Sian and Daisy. My mortgage experiences was excellent - had Zero Stress!!! Everyone at Planet Mortgage was great. They kept my partner Clair and I up to date and informed at all times during the mortgage process and this made the process quick, easy and stress free. I had previously used a larger nationwide broker but decided to switch due to the lack of responsiveness and hours waiting on hold over my time with them, We had none of this with the staff at Planet Mortgage. They provide a highly professional service and were always there to answer any questions I had, especially considering that we were in quite an unorthodox position of wanting to make an additional purchase

I would recommend Planet Mortgages to anyone and everyone! Sian Smith was so helpful getting our mortgage offer and kept us updated throughout, as well as keeping us calm when we were waiting for additional paperwork to come through on our end.
The whole team are lovely, professional and friendly (special shout out to the other Sian - Sian Mills - who is so lovely and knowledgeable) and I will definitely be using them in the future!

As a first time buyer it was a pleasure to work with planet mortgages, Frankie was absolutely amazing at finding me a great deal despite issues arising regarding my credit. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and explained everything so I knew exactly what was happening. Towards the end Sian was handling the case and she was very professional and called us every step of the way with progress update’s. I used planet Mortgages through a recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. Throughout the whole process Frankie was incredible. Planet Mortages have to be the most amazing, helpful and committed company I have ever experienced. Sian Smith (our case manager) and Frankie (our broker), were outstanding.
As everyone knows going through the process of acquiring a mortgage, is extremely stressful, I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have the continued support and reassurance that both Frankie and Sian continually gave us. We had a very complicated case which neither collegeus gave up on, it really felt like they were fighting for our corner!
