Services
ALFI Physiotherapy provides a full range of physiotherapy services from general orthopedics to cardio respiratory conditioning. Our goal is to reduce your pain and encourage your healing to get you back to your normal living as quickly as possible. Our trained acupuncturist uses this ancient Chinese technique to help treat a number of painful conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, among others.
When you visit ALFI Physiotherapy Clinic, for the first time, we want the experience to be pleasant and informational for you. After taking your health history, we will do a thorough examination to determine how we can best treat your injury or condition. We will discuss our conclusions with you, and customize a program for your individual care and recovery.
ALFI Physiotherapy accepts most major insurance providers. We are able to submit e-claims on behalf of patients so that payment does not need to occur upon visitation. For manual claims, a receipt with all the required information will be provided to you, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

I’m very happy to have found this clinic. I have been consistently coming here for a little over a month for my lower back injury and have seen significant improvement. The physiotherapists are thoughtful and attentive. They really took the time out to explain to me the root cause of my injury and pain. I worked with Arudoss over a period of a few weeks to deal with nerve pain and tightness in my shoulder. I had pain lifting my arms over shoulder height and swinging golf clubs, and had issues sleeping due to the shoulder pain. Aruldoss quickly diagnosed my issues and was able to start me on an easy to follow program right from the first visit. Over time I was able to progress the treatments and activities I was able to do. I am very pleased to say I have recovered 100% and have no issues with lifting my arms or swinging golf clubs. I wake up without pain in the morning. I would recommend Doss

I started treatment at ALFI Physiotherapy 6 weeks prior running my Toronto Waterfront Marathon. A fantastic clinic with wonderful staff from the receptionist to the physiotherapist - it was a positive experience.

I have used the services of Alfi Physiotherapy for over 4 years. Arul is very professional and knowledgable about how to treat patients. He takes the effort to understand the problem, does a good needs analysis and then plans the right approach for treatment of the patients. I have had issues with my lower back, shoulder, arms etc due to playing recreational sports and Arul has always provided the right treatment for me. I am glad to have met Arul close to where I live. Yesterday was my first visit, I am 100% satisfied with their customer service and professionalism. Since I walked in it feels a very Welcome atmosphere, the Physiotherapist Aruldoss is amazing, very knowledgeable, he make feel very comfortable, he gave me one of the best treatment that I ever had, a lot of advice about proper exercises that I can do on my own time.
