I had paid Legal Shield a monthly fee and was assigned Foisy Law as my contact. On the 4 occasions I had to request legal advise I was told each time that my questions where too complicated and they did not answer those kinds of questions. Eventually I asked what kinds of questions they do answer. They only answer the simple kinds of questions that you could look up the answer on-line anyway.
So disappointed.

I called this office in February 2021 to get a form signed by a Commissioner of Oath required before going to the Courthouse. I was initially happy because they picked up the phone during Covid 19 and agreed to see me on the same day. Once at the office, I explained my situation to Shantale and showed her the form. She seems unfamiliar with it and asked for clarification to someone else. She came back telling me she could sign the form but could not give me legal advice unless I would pay extra fees. I have a legal shield membership & when I contacted Foisy to get some advice on my Human Rights case I was appointed Allan D who gave zero advice or insight in fact was a complete waste of time. I will be canceling my legal shield membership as it serves no purpose.
