Soil Engineers Ltd.'s Geotechnical Department is staffed by experienced professional engineers, who primarily provide subsurface investigation and geotechnical consultation services for a broad range of projects, including residential subdivisions, condominiums, commercial, institutional and industrial developments, roadways and bridges.
Soil Engineers Ltd. has performed a wide range of environmental services for over 30 years. Our Environmental Department has carried out consulting services for thousands of projects across Ontario. The Environmental Department is comprised of a dedicated team of qualified engineers and scientists, who have experience in the development of industrial, commercial, institutional and residential subdivisions, and their related structures.
The Hydrogeological Department of Soil Engineers Ltd. conducts studies for groundwater characterization, including: interpretation and mapping of the site's water table flow patterns, monitoring of the site's prevailing groundwater table from observation well measurements, and characterizing a site's surface water and groundwater interactions.
Soil Engineers Ltd.'s Building Science department provides Quality Control inspections for Structural Steel and Steel Deck, Roofing, Water-proofing/Damp-proofing, Fire-proofing/Fire-stopping, as well as inspections for Building Envelope, which may include Air/Vapour Barrier and Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS).
Soil Engineers Ltd. has offices throughout Southern Ontario to serve your inspection and material testing needs. Our team of experienced engineers and technicians are familiar with various municipal and regional development requirements and construction methodologies. We ensure proper quality control is in place at various stages of construction.
