I've known Dan for many years and have sold two properties with him. He's great! The listing and paperwork happen seamlessly and his property description are very well done with excellent photographs. Both sold within a reasonable time with good negotiation strategy and for numbers that worked for us. He currently has another property listed for us right now.

I have not only worked with Dan on 4 of my own real estate deals, but I have recommended him to several of my clients. Each time, he has delivered beyond expectations. I have had nothing but excellent service and advice from Dan, but some of my clients have had very unusual or tricky properties that other agents just couldn't manage - Dan was able to sell these each within a few days or weeks after months with no success.
