Erika Piller had contracted our carpet cleaning services for a unit she was getting ready to put on the market. She was on site to do a walk through upon completion and thanked our technicians and paid in full. 4 days later, she had reached out indicating a stain had appeared and my staff member advised that we’d leave her floating in our calendar and have a technician return in the next day or two. Despite the fact that the work was done properly and she was on site upon completion we still agreed to return as a courtesy.

M.J Pitfield takes advantage of elderly home owners and dishonestly profits way more than she should and is extremely unprofessional. Praying on the elderly with disabilities and mental health struggles...🤦♂️ Is this what your company represents? Especially during this Covid pandemic. This happened a few months ago, but it’s going to go viral, this is completely unethical and unacceptable, dishonest selling is NOT okay. Action needs to be taken. I have been involved in real estate transactions with other agencies and this was by far the worst experience. I contacted to discuss the matter and was essentially brushed off. The agent (Janette) treated my family and my own agent quite poorly, rushed us and was dismissive and rude on a significantly large purchase. My family and agent were literally yelled at and rushed off the property when we were asking to verify if an issue was fixed with the garage (among other things). I voiced my concerns several times to the agent at this company and they were beyond uncooperative and hid aspects of
