This is a FANTASTIC hair salon!! First of all everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It is not just about the hair, it is also about the experience. Katherine, the owner, makes a special effort to meet everyone and get to know her clients/guests. The quality and dedication of the stylists is amazing and I always walk out happy!! Complimentary hand massages during the covid and otherwise teas and coffee. Great conversations with superb stylists. The atmosphere is relaxing and quite beautifully decorated. I would recommend Allure if you are looking for a great cut and colour.

For the first time ever, I got highlights done without my hair feeling damaged or fried. I really loved everything about my hair experience here. I like that Allison really took her time and didn't rush my appointment and listened to exactly what I wanted, achieving what I had shown her through pictures. Amazing, luxurious, classy hair salon - can't wait to go back.

Allure hair studio is by far one of the best places I've ever been to get my hair done.
The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly. The girls always do the best to make their clients feel comfortable. When I tell them what I want done with my hair they go beyond my expectations. I am always very satisfied. You pay for what you get. However, the prices are a little too high. Other than that its amazing!!

I visited the London Ontario location a while back with my friends. We decided to take our friend here to celebrate for her birthday and we were assisted my a young female named Jessica Catherine. I was hesitant to The client service we received on this day was absolutely unacceptable. As a person of colour, my good friend had textured hair, to which Jessica described as "odd" and something she had never seen before. My friend said that she made multiple demeaning and hurtful comments to her while styling her hair, and felt that she was being purposely rough with her hair. My group of friends also

My experience at his store with Jessica C was absolutely horrid. I visited this location and was partnered with a young woman named Jessica. This was my first time at this location, and since I work near this location, I was eyeing it for a while, and eventually budgeted enough to make a trip to the spa. I dont know if Jessica was having a bad day, or just does not like to work with people like me (not white), but she was super rude to me the entire time. She did not smile once, and I felt that my session was rushed. When I arrived home I noticed that two chunks at the back of my hair was cut completely
