I’ve been coming to see John Colombo and his amazing staff for over 25 years and I always leave looking like my best self! Their knowledge about hair, the most cutting edge hair trends and making everyone look and feel their best are always top priority at this incredible salon! I have had the pleasure of going to John for 51 years. (Had a lot more hair then).I have great respect for his talent & ability to do more with less. It is a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. The warm, friendly staff that has been there for ages is just like family. They do go the extra mile to accommodate. John & the hairafter staff richly deserve the respect & obvious affection that I feel as well as his other clients that I observe. I wish him continued success in the future.

This is a great salon! I have been going here for over 35 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The attention to detail is great and the service is always friendly and helpful, and they are always ready with an espresso or cappuccino.
John Colombo is so knowledgeable about what will look good on you, and always gives great grooming advice. The staff is professional and always make sure you have a pleasant experience.
I especially like the automatic appointment reminders!

I’ve been coming to Hairafter for over 36 Years and wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else! I’ve had my hair cut and styled by every person that works there and it’s always a first class experience with every stylist there. I never feel like just a client... I feel like a friend. The atmosphere, the level of service, the people... it just can’t be beat.

I love this place! I have been seeing Carrie for a number of years now and have consistently been impressed with the work she does. She is very knowledgeable and knows what does and doesn't work for my hair. I've had almost every natural hair colour from red to blonde, highlights to chocolate brown and it always looks phenomenal. I never trusted someone doing my hair until I found her, being told plenty of times how I should do my hair vs. getting what I envisioned. Gone are the days I need to bring in pictures of styles I like or search to find the colour I want, Carrie hits it out of

Anyway, I have moved to Australia for school and the first appointment I make when I return for holidays is with my stylist GianPaul. There are plenty of great hair salons in Australia, but my loyalty is here. Why? You get the professionalism, expertise and quality as any high-end, Yorkville salon. But you also get the family-run business atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, greets you at the door, provide coffee/drinks

I recently moved to Toronto and not knowing what the best salon would be for me to check out, I got a recommendation for Hair After salon from a co-worker. My first impression was that the salon was clean and attractive and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff seemed happier and everyone I spoke with had a pleasant demeanor.
My consultation with my stylist was great; he was willing to give me exactly what I wanted and made sure that I was absolutely thrilled with the end result. I received a cut and color on my first appointment, and since I have come back for a cut and color twice

I contacted them via e-mail regarding a bridal up-do. Requested cost of trial and coming to my house the day of the wedding. First off took them a week to respond and person said the trial is $55-$60 but couldn't give me an exact price unless they knew exactly what up-do I was getting. Really? You're concerned over 5 bucks? Why not just quote me $60? And any other place I've contacted had a flat rate. They asked me how many people were getting their hair done that day. I said just me and they never bothered replying to my e-mail.
