I came into this salon for colour when my regular colorist of many years was on vacation and happened to be paired with Lisa. She did such an amazing job that I ditched my old stylist and have switched to her for a few months! She’s realllly good with colour and gives me the best, most gentle blowout I’ve ever had. The appointments are always on time and everyone leaves happy. This salon is a gem!

Everyone is very friendly, Lisa is amazing and will never let me do anything to my hair that wouldn’t suit me. She is very good at coloring and making my hair healthier. Since I starting going about 3 years ago I get more compliments. The prices are good and they always keep their scheduled appointments on time. The products they use will always keep your hair healthy and never cause any damage.

Men's Haircut.. Really nice salon very nice hairstylist, I had Mia, one thing I would say is that during the haircut she used a small clipper to do the side and back of my head.. and I don't know what was wrong with the machine but it kept pulling my hair and even after my haircut I could feel that the ends of my hair had been cut unevenly or something as if cut with a dull blade.. other then that annoyance it was a good experience.. maybe make sure they are using a proper pair of clippers

Great Salon! I’ve been getting my haircut here for several years now and I couldn’t be happier. The Salon itself is very pleasant and there is ample parking. The entire team is highly professional and Marco in particular is a very talented stylist for both men and women. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

On the recommendation of a friend, and for convenience of time, I made an appointment for a haircut (I have the easiest hair and over the years have visited many stylists including one in a mall in Cleveland). I can't remember ever walking out unhappy until my visit to M Squared! Yes I had a "consultation" with Dan prior to starting at which time I described what I wanted and expected. Clearly Dan missed the point and did what he wanted to do - yes his vision of what I needed! My hair was cut exceptionally short on the sides and the back and left disproportionally long on the top

Let me preface this review by stating that I am writing it based on my attempt to make a second visit to this salon. My first visit, for only a blowdry/updo was pleasant. That was some time ago. I had been meaning to visit this salon again for a haircut. A few days ago, I received a "birthday promotion" e-mail from Salon M Squared, offering me a 25% discount on any salon service for my birthday week (expiring "7 days after your birthday", as stated in the e-mail). This was incentive enough for me to contact them in an attempt to book a haircut with their senior stylist

Straight to the point:
- I seen Rob for a cut and root touch up
- came up to 140$, haircut worth the same as like first choice haircutters
- trying to time manage another client and myself + allowing himself time to have a smoke break
- then rushing my hair so he could finish in time for his next client
- I told him I wanted the weight out of my long hair... He then proceeded to cut it in a blunt edge fashion?? Are you kidding?
- when I told him "this is not what I wanted I want weight out not in" he proceeded to cut the edges a bit and tell me "I made it whispier"
- NEVER
