Great experience with DeLuca Roofing. Daniel M was great to work with, answering all questions timely and always available to take my calls. My roof has a solar system on it and Daniel helped work around the schedule to do it properly and timely. I really enjoyed their service and glad I chose them compared to the 5 other companies I had visit. They are local to Ancaster and I recommend their services to anyone that is looking for it to be done right and professionally.

My neighbor hired this company. Without permission they used my side yard as a garbage bin - see enclosed photo.
Regarding your response, NO! Your crew illegally used my property as a dumpster because it was easier, faster and cheaper to throw all the old shingles, nails and debris over the side of a long narrow house vs carry everything to the front. If you had asked me in advance, I would have planned for and allowed it, but your didn't. There's no debating it - TOTALLY unprofessional!

At every point of contact with DeLuca Roofing, from Mark (sales) through to John (installation coordinator) we experienced professionalism, excellent customer service, and quality workmanship. We tendered 3 quotes and all were within the same ballpark but we chose DeLuca because of a neighbour's glowing recommendation. We also later discovered DeLuca was the company that installed the roof on our house almost 20 years ago for a previous owner.

We recently had our roof replaced by DeLuca Roofing and are very happy with the results. Everyone involved, including Mark, Mike, Pat & his crew, were all professional, friendly, and courteous.
