Our experience with the roof doctor was excellent. They are very responsive and professional. We had a leak on the weekend and they were there in a couple of hours to do the repair. Also came back with any other concerns we had a few days later to check. We highly recommend them.

I discovered raccoon damage just before we were to get a lot of rain. I called, they showed up very quickly. At first it seemed like a small fix but evidently the raccoon was persistent. Although the price grew, I was consulted with the changes before the work was done. Repairs were done quickly and professionally.

Excellent work. They got here 30 minutes after I called. Dave assessed the situation and you could just tell that he knew what he was talking about. It is always good to have a guy with so much experience. Not only did he fix a problem that another company tried but failed to repair, he did it for a reasonable price. Do yourself a favour and don't call anyone else, you can thank me later.

We used the Roof Doctor to address issues with roofing leaks after failed attempts by 3 other roofing contractors. By the time we had called in the Roof Doctor, we had pushed our project timelines by weeks due to delays. They were on site the same day, addressed our concerns, assisted in tenant relations and have diligently worked with us on our short timelines and challenging coordination. Since then we have used the Roof Doctor exclusively to assist on other projects and will continue to do so. A couple of years ago, I asked for quotes for redoing a rather large roof. The Roof Doctor provided me with a quote but I had a couple of others that were less expensive. I foolishly made the choice to go with the less expensive quote. We had no end of problems with our roof and could not get satisfaction from the roofer that had completed it. I wound up calling The Roof Doctor who pointed out all of the defects and substandard workmanship. I engaged him to repair the issues as well as address a few other issues (such as the replacement of a flat roof that we had not had done). Everything that
