The first session I had with Mary-Ann Roy, I was very nervous, sad and feeling a bit embarrassed. Counselling was interestingly a last resort for me as I always felt I should be able to get control of my life on my own. I was confused about how I felt regarding certain issues in my life and needed a trusted professional to help me sort it all out.
Truth for Life Counselling vision is to provide individuals, families and groups with opportunities to experience inner healing and restored relationships. This will be accomplished through relational skill development, education, counsellor training and biblical counselling.
We are called to provide counselling based on Biblical principals for individuals, families and groups which allow them to effect changes in their being so that they are brought to a healthy & truthful self identity and integrity in relationships and lifestyle.

I cannot say enough good things about Mary-Ann and her business. They provide exactly what their name says. Truth for life. Mary-Ann will help you find the truth in your situation, and deal with it so that you can move on with a healthy life. The truth is not always easy to hear, but she brings it across with love, making it clear that she does have your health as her primary concern. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner. She has helped me, and my children through the most difficult time of our lives. So much better than the “free help” we were getting from inexperienced well meaning

Be very careful of who you see and sign.
I had a very bad experience with a women counsellor. Be very careful
She gets your credit card and if you are vunderable sign a paper that charges are charged on your credit card when services aren't rendered. A report to a criminal lawyer never sent which was confirmed from my lawyer. A confirmation of no charge will apply just to send an email of paid sessions and still charges applied behind your back.
Then shows that you signed an agreement,though never discussed as the agreed conversation to discuss. Just charges applied behind your back and your
