Services
Swedish massage therapy target tissues and muscles for maximal pain relief, stress release and relaxation. It involves mild, moderate or deeper strokes on the back, arms, legs, neck and other body parts. It helps to promote healing while targeting pain, injuries, stress and stiffness by using gliding, kneading, tapping, friction and light shaking motions.
The Chinese Tuina technique is targeted to relieve tension and heal pain, particularly pain associated with the neck, shoulder, back and feet. The term Tui Na literally means "pinch and pull, " and refers to a wide range of traditional Chinese medicine. The specialists at our Richmond Hill location can provide this type of therapeutic massage and bodywork, but understand: this is not the type of massage generally used for pleasure and relaxation.

Shiatsu massage therapy targets the soft tissues, calming an overactive sympathetic nervous system. Shiatsu therapy is your key in Richmond Hill to calm an overactive sympathetic nervous system, which can help improve circulation, relieve stiff muscles and alleviate stress.

Friendly receptionist who always accommodates last minute booking requests. Professional and skilled therapists. Clean and calming atmosphere. Lots of parking spaces. Used to open till 10pm before the pandemic. Wish they go back to the pre-pandemic operating hours soon so that I can get massage after work.

The massage I received here was very good. The only thing I would make mention of was that some times the RMT's nails were a bit too long. You didn't feel them all the time but certain massage techniques would make you jump.a bit as her nails would dig into you. It wasn't a deal.breaker because she was good and her technique really felt great.
