Bought the suv certified and 3 weeks later was told that my exhaust system was rusted out and needed a new one that was after my rear pipe broke. Be aware of this seller as his vehicles are not checked properly during certification then your on the hook for the expense just like me. Definetly not recommended

I purchased a 2010 Jeep Compass from the owner Chris who was a straight up guy. No Bs kind a guy. Made the purchase stress free and we actually enjoyed the process. And the vehicle has been great. This guy used to be located on Kenilworth Street I bought a car and it was supposed to have safety be certified when I signed on the dotted line when they brought me the car it was neither of those things and had a temporary sticker on it after repeated attempts to get them to do the work that I had signed on the dotted line for I got fed up and wanted a refund because they did not deliver what I paid for I spoke with the owner he said that he had been doing this for 35 years and he ain't refunding me nothing. I had everything I needed to take the guy to court but my father was in the hospital

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!! The owner, Chris, is extremely friendly and very honest! After car shopping for 3 weeks we finally found someone who is genuinely a nice person and not a sleazy salesman. He told us everything about the car, hid nothing, worked with us and our budget, no hidden fees, and didn't push the sale and make us feel pressured AT ALL. Even if we found a better deal near us I would drive 2 hours away to buy from him, just because of his personality. Trust me, you won't regret visiting this place. Even if you don't find a car, his kindness will make your day!

Wouldn't let me take the car to a mechanic for a 2nd opinion. (That should have been my first clue.)
Had two rust issues that he swore he'd get properly repaired. (Rust bleeding through less than two months later.) Said the A/C was great (Actually the unit was so messed up it had been drained prior to me buying it.), said I'd need to "wiggle" the gear shift and use a certain key fob. (Actually the neutral safety switch is faulty.) Did not respond to messages left.
Completely dishonest, but entirely my responsibility as I should have walked out of there.
