Discovery Auto Centre Kenilworth

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Karm, the owner of Discovery Motors on Kenilworth Ave in Hamilton.
His presentation of the vehicle was calm and professional and so he was very easy to deal with. I test drove it and made a purchase.
After having driven the vehicle home to Ajax, Ontario, I call Karm to mention an intermittent noise of sorts in the drive train. I figured he had not noticed it in the short drives he had as I barely noticed it myself. Also the noise got worse as the vehicle warmed up.

Karm was great! He let us take our time and test drive 2 vehicles that we were interested in. No pressure. Very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. The car we bought already passed the safety check, but Karm went ahead and replaced the windshield for us (just because there was a crack in the corner). He didn't have to do that, but he actually cares about his customers. Really nice guy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Discover Auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Bought a used Santa fe from karm a few weeks ago . He let me drive it for an hour or 2 no pressure and like vehicle so far . First used car dealer I have ever recommended. Would deal with them again.

My husband and I were very undecided about what vehicle to buy. We were new to Hamilton and did not have a trusted car guy. We went to Discovery and found a car we liked and spoke to Carm, we left still undecided. We went back numerous times in the next 4 months before finally deciding on our Cadillac. In all the times we went to look and left without buying, Carm never made us feel like we were wasting his time and always had the patience to talk to us. I never really felt safe at used car dealerships, but these guys were very professional but still had a great personality. Great upfront service and they do follow up to ensure everything is as planned. I got my brakes done here and bought a car. Very happy.

I purchased my Honda civic from discovery auto in 2013 and it has been running strong ever since. I purchased my 2007 Jetta over a year ago and have had no problems with it. This is the third car I have purchased from Discovery and Karm has be more than helpful, even paying for a repair after I had the car for a month. Always willing to help he is a great guy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you are looking for an older used car.
