Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Cupping is a technique where a vacuum is created in a cup, drawing the skin up into the cup decompressing the layers of the epidermis and subcutaneous superficial fascia.

Tiffany is wonderful. I began seeing her 3 months ago when she began practicing in Nova Scotia and have recently left my current therapy practice to follow her to her new location. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and makes you feel better not only physically, but mentally. I highly recommend Tiffany to friends and family.
