Money hungry liars! Was told all my ineffective treatments were covered by insurance then 5 YEARS later tried to come after me for over $2000. The worst people to deal with and they didn't even help. Don't go!

After my first review, the clinic director called me and asked me about my experience. She was so kind, completely understanding, and very generously offered me a complimentary massage with a therapist they recently rehired. I have now gone back 3 times. Each time the clinic director sees me, she makes sure I am enjoying my experience with them. The clinic is also hiring a third therapist, who also apparently has quite good reviews.

I am very grateful for giving Activa a second chance. My subsequent experiences have been far better than my first impression was.

Be Careful guys..these guys are greedy.. They want you to book 15+ visits and pay upfront even if its something that might take 4 visits. I have been to other physiotherapy places in brampton/mississauga, nobody does that. I just got too impressed from their web presence and thought I will try them for my dad's shoulder injury. I took my Dad to… these guys and they wanted him to get on a 'package' deal without even looking at the ultrasound/xrays.. these guys are in a big rush to start making their money.. they don't care that someone is paying it out of their own pocket..
