I have used Maple Air for many years now.
They have installed and maintained air conditioning & furnaces for me over the years in more than one property.
They are very professional, quick to respond, reasonable prices, excellent work.

Maple Air replaced a part in my gas fireplace. The company had very good communication about what's going on and the technician was punctual and friendly. The best part was the inspection charge of $160 was deducted from the total bill which I think is very fair. This is the first time I use Maple Air and sure I have this name on the top of my list.

Maple Air was very quick to install 2 new furnaces for us. Our furnace got broken after we moved in to our new location. Their installer came in the morning and stayed all the way till midnight night to finish the installation. They are very professional and dedicated to the work. Thanks for the great service!

Technician arrived to fix my Air conditioning unit. He said the circuit board needed replacement and was faulty. The fix was to reset the switch on my fuse box and asked that I call again if this happens. Charge for the visit was $141.25 to flick a switch. Within 24 hours, the AC wasn't working. I called again, they said I would be charged for a new consult $141.25 and an additional $800 to get the part. I decided for a second opinion and called another company. The other company did a proper maintenance call. The problem was that the fluid needed top up and the unit needed cleaning

I was impressed by the work and interactions with Maple Air. The owner responded promptly to all of my emails and calls. During the installation, the crew made sure I was aligned with every decision throughout the day. The owner also followed up with me afterwards to make sure the job met my expectations. The job itself is a perfect fit for my house. The system looks great and cools down both floors very effectively. This is the second time I've installed a ductless system. I definitely got better value with Maple Air.

The technician that came was a scammer, tried to add works that have to be done after he had "finished" that what he quoted said if not done the furnace wont work properly, why I asked you did not include it into the initial quote, he said he could not see the additional problem. Big disappointment- over the phone I requested for another person to finish the job- they did not have anyone else,so the said. On the first technician the van had an inscription' supervisor"
I can just imagine what the qualities might be of anybody under that qualification working with them.

Did not even show up to appointment. Before I go on I will say that it was same day, but their website claims same day service which is why I chose them. I called and was told they would call back in 10 minutes to give me a time frame. Over an hour later I had to call them back. They gave me a time frame of 6pm-9pm. Great! It's 27C in the house and 31C upstairs. I'm 7 months pregnant with a toddler, need air!! I hurriedly get babysitting for toddler and wait. And wait and wait. No call no show. What a waste of my time and money. Don't put same day service 24/7 on your website if
