Mark responded to my request for service on Homestars. He was able to come very quickly, which was appreciated since our baseboard heaters weren't working in winter. He replaced 2 thermostats and a faulty outlet. He provided professional advice on our heating system. He spent quite a bit of time here and waited while we purchased the correct thermostats for installation. The price he charged was quite reasonable. I would definitely use his services again.

We had an emergency situation with our gas, meaning we had no heat and no hot water in the middle of December because Enbridge shut off our main gas due to gas leak and left us a (WARNING TAG). We were unable to find a contractor to come visit to resolve the situation for us in a time frame that didn't involve us sitting in the cold with no hot water for few days. We called Mark of HouseDepot on a Sunday and he showed up at our door 2-3 hrs later and promptly fixed everything up to the point where we were able to turn our gas again. I wouldn't give one star since the actual work done by the junior electrician was very good and he was very helpful and professional. However, the actual project management by the boss in charge was one of the worst I have seen with regular delays in stated timelines, last minute notice that I needed to fix something instead of any kind of proactiveness to keep timelines on track, several useless upselling attempts, very last minute registration of the HVAC warranty (dependent on House Depot), and regular flip-flops in recommendations on the work to be done. My 8-9yo AC stopped working and the only company that had a rapid respond and help was Home Depot. It was a real pleasure to deal with Mark, the owner of the company. He provided a exceptional, professional after hours service with very reasonable cost within one day of the my incident happened when no other company could offer.
