I spoke with George Rappos about getting a quote for off road insurance for my husbands dirt bike.
Provided him with all the information he requested, all of my husbands details, he spoke with my husband twice on the phone and at the last call said he said to my husband he did not want to “deal” with me anymore , only my husband, even after I explained to him I was the better person to speak to as my husband works long hours.
I understand the need to speak with the policy holder, however , we were simply looking for a quote.. not closing a deal. He made this a terrible experience.
