Terrible service. I have asked Mark to cancel my home insurance and requested him to send me a confirmation that the policy will be canceled on the requested date. I have been following up for 4 days, and he keeps ignoring my emails, there is no response. Today I have filed a complaint with Desjardins complaints department.. I will definitely not use Mark's services again.
