Carpaccio Restaurant & Wine Bar

Very good food and service. Each of our party ordered something different and all were happy with their selections. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to dine in. Spontaneously stopped by this restaurant without reservation at a busy time, Saturday evening, long weekend and was nicely welcomed by the owner. Italian food was great, atmosphere is lovely and overall I'd recommend to visit this place and enjoy your time..

Dined here today and in all honesty it was pretty disappointing. I do want to mention that our server was great, our poor experience didn't have anything to do with her. The reason for this bad review is that the online reviews and photos do not in any way reflect the food that was served to us. The food gets 1 star. Simple dishes like fried calamari and a margarita pizza were of a very poor quality. The food is no where near authentic Italian so beware if considering this place. We left half of our food and we will not return.

Restaurant looks very nice; love the urban look. However, it does not reflect onto the menu. The reviews here do not support what I had actually had. I had the arancini to start, it was a bit too dry and bland. I'm a huge fan of Gnocchi, and was hoping this would change my first impression of the food. I was wrong. It was like I was biting into water. There was no taste in these items I had ordered.

After being at some wineries for the day we decided to get some Italian food and came across this restaurant through yelp. It wasn't busy when we went so the wait time was nothing. The food was so good, we had a pizza and pasta. The pizza was so good I can't even explain lol. The ingredients and presentation was really good. Also had the Penne Arrabbiata which was surprisingly spicy I didn't think it would be this spicy. I love spices anyway so I thought it was delicious. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars because of the service. Even if being empty we didn't receive

What happened? Service went down! Just absolutely awful service. Our waiter was racist? Another waitress played tug of war with my bf for the ground pepper saying that guests shouldn't touch the pepper but his hands were already on it! He said she yanked it out of his hand.

The food? The quality of food also went down! We ordered the same pasta as last time as it was delicious, this time it was just bland and over cooked. By the way I had ordered the Penne Arrabbiata and the waiter repeated it. When the food came, I was presented with a Penne Primavera. When I told the waiter, he said,

Wow this was the first time here and it was amazing. From the wait staff to the manager that kept coming to check on us because they just set up a new tent out front. He made sure the sun wasn't in our eyes and always checking on us. Great food and great service. We will be back.

I had the spaghetti and the caprice salad. They were both decent but the price, taste, and service weren't all members of the same club in my opinion.

Beautiful and modern atmosphere. Nice wines and the food was stellar. I really didn't expect to find this caliber of dining in Niagara. Our party of four from the West coast couldn't have been more pleased. Josephine at the Marriott Fallsview recommended this place.

Stopped in because our first choice was closed and glad it was. This was the best meal we have had in Niagara Falls area. Lunch was a little pricey but everything here is. Definitely would be coming back if we stayed longer. Had the risotto balls appetizer and they were heaven.

I'm sorry but what looked to be an exciting menu, and very cool looking restaurant interior, the food and service just didn't match up.

Too many restaurants who offer carpaccio give you a mound of greens with a minuscule amount of carpaccio. I had to give back my cremated pizza, service was a bit slow so the summary is sorry but...find another place if you ask me.

Great food, large portions, good value and friendly staff - can't ask for more! (PS, the Lotte aux Gnocchi is fantastic!)

9My boyfriend and I were here when we visited Canada for a little weekend getaway. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated. The lighting fixtures were really cool, and the restaurant is pretty big. They even have a nice private dining room. The service is good and efficient.

We got complimentary bread as we waited for our meal. This may have been our favorite part of the meal lol. The bread was was warm and had a nice crisp to it, but what made it so special was that butter they served with it. It had a rich buttery taste with an interesting sweetness. I've never had butter like

Enjoyed the quiet evening here tonight.
Dinner was delightful and brought out fairly quickly.
Dessert was delicious, crème brûlée and a specialty coffee.

Our server had such a warm and kind personality, and it stuck with us. Thank you Donna for your wonderful

Seafood Fra Diavolo / Fruite' de mare is not an easy dish to make.

Why you ask? Because it has big shrimp, little shrimp, mussels, clams and you can't just toss them all in the pan at the same time otherwise something comes out rubbery.

The dish they prepared for me was PERFECT! Perfect I tell you!!

Big shrimp and little shrimp cooked to perfection...... Clams and mussels Mwah!!

The pasta?!?!? AL DENTE!! The way its supposed to be served.
