WRM has been operating in the Whistler and Sea to Sky Corridor for over 25 years, providing proactive strata management services to a range of strata properties including residential and commercial buildings. WRM is a founding member of the Strata Property Agents of BC and current member of the Professional Association of Managing Agents and the Condominium Home Owners Association.

We are licensed under the Real Estate Service Act and each Strata Property Agent is professionally trained and licensed. WRM is proud to deliver flexible and customized services to each strata corporation, offering a wealth of experience dealing with all strata related issues including emergency situations, legal concerns, non-resident owners, and the unique challenges present in the Sea to Sky Corridor.
Services
WRM offers peace of mind for owners of strata properties, offering full strata management services as well as property maintenance services and home care services. Each strata corporation is assigned a Strata Property Agent, who handles the full range of services including financial management, physical management of the building, and administrative duties to ensure adherence to the BC Strata Property Act.
WRM understands that your property is a significant financial investment. WRM Strata Property Agents have decades of experience caring for both the physical and asset aspects of your strata property. WRM offers the full range of strata management services including financial services; building and grounds maintenance; project management of renovations and repairs; record-keeping and documentation; and a 24/7 emergency response system.
To report a maintenance issue regarding your property, please provide details on the below form. Be sure to include the name of your strata and the best way to contact you. If the issue involves the damage of property, including fire or flood, or a safety issue, please call WRM during office hours or visit our after hours emergency page.
Under the Strata Property Act, owners are entitled to request a hearing at a Strata Council Meeting (SCM) that must be held within four weeks of the hearing request. The owner or tenant, if authorized by the owner, must state the reason for the request in writing. Following the hearing, Council must provide the applicant with a written decision within one week.
Before submitting notice of a violation, please review the bylaws of your strata corporation to confirm a bylaw has been breached. A copy of your strata bylaws can be found on your strata's web page or by contacting your strata agent. Please note that your personal details may be shared in the event of a Strata Council Hearing, Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) Hearing, or on request, in accordance with the Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA).

I was extremely dissatisfied with WRM Strata Management. Friends & I stayed at a Whistler accommodation over the summer. We were issued fines that I was not even made aware of until after our departure. There was absolutely zero communication between strata employees & myself, or any of the other guests. Not even a warning. Be prepared to be issued fines for simply chatting too loud. We had no music on, we were simply chatting in the family room with the sliding doors & windows all open (due to the lack of a/c within the unit). The temperature was well over 30 degrees, I had guests suffer heat

I have been using WRM Strata Management for 5 years since I moved to Squamish, BC. They have always been available to answer questions about my Strata, help me with keys and passes, keep the grounds organized and clean and take care of all of my Strata Management needs. WRM has managed my strata since the early 90's and we have always been happy with them. Minor maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and the larger projects we've had over the years have been managed well. It's nice to not have to remind the property manager about seasonal tasks like preparing the property for winter, it is all done for us automatically. I've sat on council a few times, dealing with a couple of different agents, and the agents have always been organized and very knowledgeable.

IF you are looking for a company that provides clear and accurate communication this is not it. We have the unfortunate luck of having WRM as our "property manager" he has really struggled to give us a level of service that we pay for and to be honest if it was free it still would not be worth it. I would recommend ANY other company but this and if they where the only ones left i would sell. Before you go out and hire this place please ask around every time i do I get the same review. remember there are plenty of great companies out there this is in my option is not one of them

I’ve been on the Board of our Whistler strata council for a while. We’ve dealt extensively with Ross Redman at WRM. I’ve found, and I believe I speak for the whole Board, Ross and WRM to be thoughtful, responsive, professional in all of our dealings. This has applied to normal monthly operations and to performance related to a much larger project of which Ross has been the co-leader, with our Board Chair. Ross and WRM have added much value to the complicated planning of this project.
I value Ross and WRM and recommend them highly.
