We used an agent from this office who gave us terrible advice, which cost us dearly. He also failed to disclose issues he was aware of that existed within the building he persuaded us to buy into, which cost us dearly from a different perspective. Further, he advised against purchasing a rental/income property in a complex that he said was too old, which has in turn become one of the best investments in Squamish in terms of return on the dollar. We learned the hard way to never trust a real estate agent, their only concern is the size of their commission!

We were interested to view a property and inquired about a viewing listed by Dawn Mortensen. Dawn offered to show us the property if we were unrepresented and not working with a realtor. When we said we did have a realtor but they would be unable to join us for the initial viewing because it is a 2 day journey and 8 hours of driving for she refused to show us the property - which unfortunately would not be possible for an initial viewing of the property (as there are no open houses).

We just sold our place in Shannon estates in Squamish BC we used Michael Tremblay from Royal Lepage. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He answered all the questions that me and my wife Stacy had.

As first time home buyers we were a bit clueless and didn't know where to start.
