Didn't listen to what I said and went straight to chopping my hair off!😭 it now looks chunky on top and thinning on bottom, so bad and unhealthy looking. Growing it out will take long time and split ends a dread! Didn't colour my virgin hair properly either! Really light in middle of my hair not roots or ends. Currently looking for another stylist

This place is amazing, hands down with the best makeup artists & Frances himself as the best hairstylist. When it comes to any kind of hairstyles, Frances is the BEST! He’s very professional & kind person including his coworkers. I absolutely loves this place & I recommend it 1000% for anyone who wants to visit. Makeup artists are the best as well with their unique & great skills!!

After reading good reviews, I advised my sister to book an appointment for her hair colouring with Frances Hair Salon.
She wanted Ash Ombre hair and see how terrible and completely opposite Frances coloured her hair.
Instead of leaving the salon with more confidence she was depressed and felt not confident to even go out and meet friends.
After talking to Frances about it, all he could say was this is the best he can do.
Clearly these people ( the owner ) does not care about its clients.
Spending $600 for a terrible experience and absolutely bad quality and

Frances is a pro. He is very knowledgeable in his work. Trust him he will give you the exact shade of hair tone you asked for. Best kind of service. Very genuine people who work there. They don’t favourite their clients. They give everyone an equal treatment which is very professional compared to most places in Vaughan.

Francis hair salon did such an amazing job on my highlights! He was the only hair dresser to ever achieve the colour I wanted. I honestly can't remember the last time I left a salon so happy. Also he took his time with me and made me feel welcome and important. This lady that also did my hair was so sweet and incredibly nice.
I highly recommend them for anyone to go and try them out.
Also, I'm not the type of person to normally write a review. But they really deserve it.

Frances is simply wonderful! He is so kind and so welcoming! Everyone has complimented me on my hair cut! I have thin hair and he was able to give me layers and volume. The way he styles hair is beyond fantastic! He is truly skilled in his profession. He is great at hair, but his personality makes the experience even better. It's nice to go to a hair salon and walk out happy with your hair and with the wonderful service. I highly recommend Frances!
