I have been going to LA Hair Design for many years. Not only are they like family but I am always complimented on my hair - so much so that I just carry their card with me. When I moved away I tried other salons but nothing compared so now I drive 40 minutes and know that it will be worth the commute!

Very bad experience. Asked the owner for a person who was good at short hair cuts, he suggested one female hair dresser. No knowledge about modern style whatsoever. Ruined my previous style and couldn't fix it to decent style. I had to ask someone to fix it at night in my house,because I was embarrassed to leave the house in that condition. I think I could go back to fix it but I was traumatized and end up getting with no hair left to style. I blame the owner for this because I asked him specifically for someone good at short hair cuts. I will never recomend L.A hair design to anyone.

I came in to get my hair done a few weeks ago , Tina did an absolutely fantastic job. She is the most kindest and genuine individual! She treated me and my hair with respect, followed my instructions of what I wanted alongside of advising me with her professional opinion. Not really happy with the haircut I received here a few months ago. I realized after I came home that the stylist cut my layers when I was trying to grow them out. My hair is a lot shorter than I would’ve liked it to be and I’m disappointed as it takes a while to grow. I’ve had to put a lot of effort into maintaining it as I am not used to this length.

I live very far from L.A. Hair, and I discovered them while searching for a couple of specific Kameleon jewel pops. The one I wanted most, the puppy paw, is in the photo of the Kameleon Jewelry section, so I emailed them immediately. I got a very quick and personal response by David, who confirmed that they did indeed have the puppy paw pop, as well as an alternative for the second one I was looking for.
David called me, (after I gave him the correct phone number 😊) and we worked out which pieces

I was so excited to book an appointment, I been looking around for someone new to cut my hair. My stylist's name was Tina, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and another picture on how she can go short on the back. She told me that she understood what I wanted, and that she had the same cut. (I could not tell, for she was wearing a hat). Half an hour into my cut I realized she cut one side passed my ear and on the other side below my chain. Tina asked if I liked a symmetrical hair cut. Tears starting rolling down my face. I asked her to stop cutting and get some else to correct her error.

I've had the pleasure to have my hair coloured, cut and styled three times now by Tina! She's absolutely fantastic at her job and will always leave you with a smile and a laugh.

I had my hair done by Tina Chuck at her condo on Keele Street on the 7th floor. First she didnt even have a mirror so I can see what she is doing. My hair was long past my back. I told her I wanted long layers and just a few highlights. What possessed her to give me this horrendous highlights throughout my hair is beyond me. Even after I told her these seem to many and she told me to relax and this is 1/2 of what I normally do. She then cut my hair so short with the shortestlayer being above my ear. I have cried so many times and have not been able to sleep. It will take me more then 2 years to

David is very professional and extremely talented. He’s always able guide me on how to cut and color my hair when I’m looking for change. Not to mention he gives the best blow drys on my very curly hair. The salon is always clean and staff is always friendly and welcoming. Always a great pampering experience when I go. I would definitely recommend LA Hair to anyone! One of the best salons of ever been to!
