Once upon a time, a charismatic man came from Trebaseleghe, Italy to Canada with his wife and a dream. Even though the majority of his siblings went into construction, his sole ambition was to own a jewellery store he could run with his children & grandchildren. That gentleman was Ottavio Bonato, our father, grandfather and founder of Anthony Jewellers almost 40 years ago.
Despite his passing in 2015, Anthony Jewellers remains family owned & operated over 3 generations, keeping Ottavios' dream alive. We specialize in onsite jewellery repair as well as custom jewellery, all completed by our personal goldsmiths of nearly 40 years. Our love of jewellery shows in our vast selection of one-of-a-kind coloured stone & diamond jewellery, mixed with classic everyday chains, earrings & bracelets.

I brought my Baume & Mercier watch there for a battery and advised that they probably need to send it out because it requires a special tool. After insisting I wait, they couldn't put the back on properly because they didn't have the right tools. So, they asked me to return.
The next day I was informed that the watch needed a new movement. Apparently, they broke the movement. After asking me to pay for the movement, I refused. They agreed to fix it.
When I picked it up the following week, my beautiful watch could no longer keep time. You would think that they would check it before returning it

I went there today to drop off my wedding ring to have the claws repaired after I ripped them off on my mittens. He explained what needed to be done, took pics and gave me a quote on the spot which was very reasonable.
AJ was amazing, very professional, trustworthy, and was willing to get the job done the same day.
Dropped off at 11 am and he was finished the repair at 5 pm today. He polished and cleaned my ring too . Now looks brand new. Very impressed with the customer service from the staff.
I would highly recommend him for any repairs to your jewelry. They go above and beyond.
