I called the firm and the first thing they wanted was $250 for a consultation. They would not answer any questions about the firm and not interested to hear about my situation. I was not asking for a free legal opinion, just wanted to get a feel for the fit. It's hard to determine if the firm or lawyers are any good if you are met with an immediate paywall.

The intake clerk did not ask for any information and simply directed me to schedule a $250 consultation. If she took my name down then this review wouldn't surprise you. But she never even asked for a name.

I had to unexpectedly change my lawyer last minute, which is when I found Nussbaum Family Law. I've had a great experience with this firm. Their team worked very professionally and efficiently on my case. They also have several people who worked on my case (at varying levels of experience), which helped to keep the cost down. I was very impressed at how well they handled my case despite the extremely tight deadline for my court date! I want to leave an honest review. I recently had a great experience with Nan, she is a great lawyer, she listened to my needs and concerns; she was very responsive, sympathetic and proactive. She was willing to fight for my rights, and requests in my child custody case. Con, the admin staff is very slow I waited a month to get a refund for my remaining Trust money. Hiring a lawyer is really expensive!! Email correspondence ($40-70), phone calls ($100 +) can add up. I suggest you request an invoice every 2 weeks or monthly to understand how much this service will cost you, and if it is feasible

Do not hire this firm- he had to open up a new firm under bluetown law because he was screwing everyone over. he does not spend any time on your case and lies to you all throughout the process and once you sign with him , he suddenly becomes available. he is racist and a bigot. please please stay far away.
