From the initial phone call, to the in house consultation, and finally the installation of our new furnace. The team at Appleby Systems made the process easy. No trying to upsell us on a more expensive furnace we didn’t need. The installation team arrived on time, were very friendly, and professional. There was no need to to remind them about wearing masks, or respecting our home. The technicians were very knowledgeable, and were able to easily install a new furnace, new venting, and left our basement like they were never there. So clean! The venting was installed with minimal damage to the ceiling

Appleby Systems has efficiently and effectively serviced our furnace/heating/AC systems for many years. Recently we called them to service our double -sided natural gas fireplace, which it turned out, required replacement of the valve system. The Appleby service team, led by Andrew, immediately identified the problem, tracked down the replacement valve system, ordered and installed it within 1-2 weeks.

I 100% recommend Abbleby Systems! They took on the job of converting our whole house from baseboard electric heat to forced air with furnace and air conditioner (every other company told me I was crazy and it couldn't be done). Ryan was professional and polite and provided a very reasonable quote. All of the tradesmen we highly skilled, polite and kind! Adam, Chris and Tom were super knowledgeable and kept me up to date on what needed to be done. They also made sure everything was clean before leaving.

I’ve recently had major work completed by Appleby Systems and they are absolutely top notch. Steve, both Ryan’s, Adam and Chris were all outstanding – both competent and personable. I first used Appleby in the Summer for an air conditioning problem and they came quickly and solved the issue well. I then decided to replace furnace and air conditioning systems completely, a major project and, after considerable market review, I decided to stick with Appleby and I’m very glad I did. The work was all handled very ably – there were couple of minor glitches which were handled rapidly

Atrocious service. Technician that showed up had no knowledge of the system despite they installed it 11 years ago. Tech was a gas fitter, and not used to electrical systems. Problem was straight forward breaker burn out. Had none on hand. Struggled to find out if main office had one. They brought wrong part. Had to drive to Mississauga for the part. One hour job took four, and cost twice to three times what it should have cost.
Will hire another company next time even though this one installed furnace. Not under warranty anymore anyway. Company incompetent.
