Just wanted to say thanks to David. My mother in law is on a fixed income. Furnace was acting up, not going into high fan mode. David came over and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix. Didn’t over charge or sell unnecessary parts etc. it’s very nice to see honest service companies, as so many of them aren’t. Would highly recommend his company to anyone. Great service is priceless. Everything about my experience dealing with Burlington heating and air was fantastic.
Initially called about issues with our old AC unit and the technician came out and gave us options on how to fix the system but we decided to just replace the entire unit(as it was 20+ years old). The technician quoted us a price on site which we decided to go with and installed a couple days later.
The installation went very well, the technicians where incredibly nice and professional and spent a good amount of time testing the system to make sure everything worked as expected.

Saturday of a long weekend, and my AC isn't working. I called at 10 and described the problem and Dave said they were booking for the following week. He said because it was a thermostat issue and relatively small he would be able to get someone out by 11. A great service tech named Pierre showed up at 11 on the button. He checked the thermostat, furnace and AC and it turns out the problem was actually a blown breaker. Pierre didn't have a spare in the truck but said he would go by the office and pick one up and then pop by on his way home (his own time)to install it and settle up the bill. These

Upgraded to high efficiency system to rid us of chimney during our kitchen reno. Dave gave my contractor a rough price in seconds for furnace and came to to our home in minutes and I said lets go ahead. He took photos and emailed me a quote on the spot and booked us in for installation within days. The guys who installed system were the same incredible guys who installed our on demand hot water system 12 months earlier. The installers professionalism was second to none.
