Heather is amazing and I had the best massage experience of my life. She took the time to focus on the areas that needed attention and used all her skills not just the ones I "booked". I am comfortable talking during my appointment and she blew me away with the wealth of information and general knowledge she has. Amazing experience. Heather definitely knows what she is doing with a hot stone massage. I came in with a week long headache and the day after I saw Heather it was gone. Really reasonable prices and a great location with a cute little cottage in the back yard where she does her massages. Unfortunately, not an RMT, so can't be claimed on benefits plans, but I'd already used all mine up for the year anyways.

I worked at the spa about 3 years ago as a receptionist, now I live in Vancouver now. I have to tell you as an employee knowing the ins and outs of the company that this spa was amazing. One of the nicest caring owners and employers that I have ever met. She cares about her staff and her clients. She even still massages. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very passionate about what her products and services they offer. Her staff was also fantastic and most of them have been with her for more than 5 years.
