Our scheduling system, MindBody, has a feature that allows us to send automated appointment reminders. Occasionally, technology has glitches, so we cannot guarantee that you will receive these reminders. We expect you to be at your appointment regardless. If you are opted in to receive email appointment reminders, then two days before a scheduled appointment you will receive an email requesting confirmation that you will attend your visit.
If you have extended medical coverage for 'Massage Therapy', please check your particular policy to find out what portion of the service fees will be covered by your insurance provider. Plans vary between individuals. Some plans do cover 'Wellness Massage', but not many.
If you're relying on coverage, please be sure to confirm the details of your particular policy with the insurance provider prior to booking a 'Non-RMT Wellness Massage' appointment.Payment for all treatments, whether private or insured, is ultimately the responsibility of the client.

If your primary extended medical coverage insurance provider is listed above then we can attempt to bill our service fees for 'Massage Therapy' directly to them by submitting the claim on your behalf. We do not offer direct billing for 'Non-RMT Wellness Massage' service fees. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the claim will be successful.

I had my first ever massage here and it was so lovely, it's very clean and open inside and finding it was no problem! My rmt Alison was very professional and nice, she heard me out and listened very well to the problems I was having with my shoulders. She did a great job and I felt incredible after, definitely returning! 😊

I just had a very disappointing experience here where I did not get the service paid for. My husband booked a one hour massage, and the email confirmation gave an extra 15mins on top of that to account for the billing and assessment portion of the appointment. But my actual massage was cut short by 15mins because the practitioner seemed to think billing and assessment were part of the hour. She also was clearly inexperienced in customer service and lacked confidence. When I asked for a partial refund from the manager, she started with excuses about fees and accounting, which shouldn’t be made

I've been visiting Calm every month since it opened seven years ago. The space is beautiful, and all the practitioners are great. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Shawna has been my RMT for over one year, and I receive bi - weekly treatments. I can simply relax and trust her professional knowledge to deal with my problematic areas. Elizabeth must be from another planet - she is just too incredible at what she does! I started going to Calm when I was pregnant with my twins, and words are insufficient to describe the care and relief that came from my appointments. I have now been a client for 5 years and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing, effective treatment. I would add more stars if I could.

Liz has done an amazing job building a team of great Therapists! The facility is clean, professional and "calming" in every way. I see Renee on a weekly basis and she is professional, consistent and a fantastic Therapist (with 8 years experience!) - If you haven't tried them out you are missing out!!

From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed and soothed by the beautiful decor and light and fresh atmosphere. I found the staff to be courteous, respectful, friendly and professional, not to mention that during my appointment I experienced one of the best massages I have ever received. I loved the music choices as well, and found the whole experience to be divine. I will absolutely be back, and will recommend Deirdre and the Calm Massage Therapy to any and all that I speak to.
