Absolutely horrified in the service both my son and husband got this week from DR Kim! My 4 year old son got X-rays a few months ago, has 8 cavities one that had his one molar decaying. He went to do a filling and wanted to use nitrous, my son right away started freaking out when the nitrous started kicking in and wanted it off. So dr Kim said he… would not even attempt it without nitrous and instead would send in a referral for him to be put under for all his dental work. Which was fine. Wednesday we had him in because he had such a bad tooth ache from the decaying tooth it needed to come

They charge higher fees then any other office but do not tell you that prior to your appointment. We have 100% dental coverage with a once a year $50 deductible. I still wound up paying almost $140 and they are now telling me I owe them another $40 or so to clear up my account. Definitely not going again as I can go to any other office and not pay almost another $200.

Our family has been a part of the West GP Dental family for around 5 years now. I LOVE that they offer honest, practical and thorough explanation of options for taking care our dental needs. I also have been THRILLED with their orthodontist, Dr. Schalk and his staff. They have above and beyond to make sure our experience has been the absolutely best

You definitely make me feel like I matter and take the time that is needed, to make sure everything is done the way it should be. I can’t say enough about how amazing this dental clinic is!! They have been incredibly helpful with my daughter who has an extreme anxiety disorder. All of the staff we have worked with have been kind, compassionate, patient focused, patient and understanding! Taking my daughter is stressful but they always do their very best to make it as… stress-free as possible for both of us! Erin and Chantel went above and beyond the last two times my daughter had to have sedation dentistry! I am grateful for their support and for the accommodations they made! This dental office prides themselves on excellent customer service/experience and it shows. They are over the top friendly, kind and willing to go the extra mile. I got annoyed with the million email and text reminders regarding an upcoming appointment and once joked that I don't know how anyone could miss their appointment with all of those reminders. The lady must have felt bad and immediately gave both myself and my husband a gift card as an apology for the hassle. It was totally unexpected but definitely appreciated, a small gesture like that goes far with me. There are other dental offices

Coming from a bad experience with my previous dentist, this office was like a breath of fresh air. I was made to feel comfortable and they willingly answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Staff was VERY efficient and extremely friendly. The Dentist was gentle and considerate all the while he worked. They made me feel like my comfort was important. I won't go anywhere else for dental work. This office has it all!!!

My young daughter was terrified of the dentist, she has horrible teeth and had a bad experience somewhere else and had to be put out last time. This time she had to get an extraction and many fillings, she was sobbing before she left the house! They were AMAZING with her! They calmed her and didn’t rush at all and waited till she was ready. She got all she could get done that day and is actually excited to go back! Thank you so much for calming her anxiety and in turn mine as a mom! I would recommend them a million times!

I am very disappointed with the lack of service I received after over 15000.00 of work! I got great service up to the end of my service, now that they have my money I get ignored. I will definitely take my next 15000.00 to a different dentist. Now I’m just left assuming I could have gone another route😟 Explanation: I was told I needed an expensive… procedure or I would have no bone at all for traditional dentures, so I got implants to prevent the bone loss. I tried to claim the amount in my taxes and the government says I can’t! Without a letter stating it was medical

My Dental Hygienist was kind and communicative. The assistants were also kind and always made sure I was comfortable. My Dentist was awes, he built rapport and answered all my questions. I will be back and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.
