What an experience (long review, worth the read). I reached out for a carpet cleaning quote yesterday afternoon, and they were out cleaning at 9AM the next morning. It was a small job, only about 200sqft, but was quite soiled and they got it so much cleaner than I expected! 5 stars for that! But then as he was leaving, I remembered that I had turned the water on in my laundry sink to clean the vent covers, and walked away... and didn't come back... I had Justin Hagel come in to clean my finished basement all of which is rug he was professional and quick the job he did was outstanding! Stains that where left behind from previous owners dogs completely cleaned away. Great work and customer service! Definitely recommend him for any of your rug cleaning needs! Great job Justin!

Just perfect! I’m very satisfied, actually beyond satisfied. He made my disgustingly dirty sofa brand new! They’re perfect and did better job than he said he would. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend them. Also, he cleaned my carpet for free which even made things better. Now i have an incredibly clean carpet and sofa.
