The whole experience from start to finish was great. I was able to actually talk to someone on the phone, initially to decide on company. It was convenient to get a quote over the phone and book. Work was done on agreed day and in timeframe estimated. The cleaner was on time, professional and appeared confident in his skills. He explained the process, asked if there were any stains or difficult areas that needed special attention. Carpets were cleaned to our expectations. On site payment was easy. I also thought their web site was easy to use and informative. Would definitely use Brothers in Grime

I have owned my SUV for 5 years and have never had it cleaned before, so you can imagine what the seats looked like ha-ha. I contacted BIG and within minutes I had an appointment with them over FB messenger. I want to thank Dion for going above and beyond cleaning my SUV. When I got in it, I thought it was brand spanking new and it smelt so clean, I was not expecting it to look so good. 100% I'll be back, punctual and professional!

Efficient, Friendly, Courteous, Understanding, and the best Carpet Cleaning job ever !! Thank the lord for Mike and his team at Brothers in Grime! Our family home would have been gutted and condemned without their help. We thought we had rented our house to a nice family, but we were shockingly mistaken. Within 9 months this family destroyed our home to the point that it was utterly disgusting. Mike and his team went… above and beyond to help us and we will never beable to thank them enough for everything they did.
