Had a leak at my pump on Christmas day! I really needed a new seal between pump and heater. I thought no body will answer my call.... I called the service number on their website and a gal answered! I asked if the service truck had a pump seal in it as i would drive over to pick it up, not expecting anyone would want to drive over to open up the business Christmas day. Well yes they did have it, i drove over right away and picked it up, she didn't even want money but i insisted to pay. That saved me big time! was able to fix the leak avoiding loosing all the water and having a large headache to

Critical: Professionalism
Gentleman that assisted us with basic pool questions seemed like he couldn’t be bothered and was rude and condescending. Treated us like we were idiots (we are certainly inexperienced where pools are concerned). Have gone elsewhere for a hot tub and pool supplies. Two other companies in town are amazing and very professional!

I had been a customer of Dan's since his first day of opening. I have a commercial pool. Found Dan to be somewhat arrogant but stuck with them because of Christine's forgetfulness in billing. But Dan's rudeness and meltdown 2 years ago were not worth the free supplies, so I left to find Classic Leisure and Lifestyles ... such a friendlier and professional group of workers, who are so helpfull and there for you... thank you Dan for showing your true personality to me ... Everyone should try another supplier at least once to see the difference.
