Unfortunately My experience with the Bio gel product was not successful. My nails where damaged. That’s why I decided to try the Spa! Good reviews on the product! The gel started to lift the second week! I wasn’t sure if it’s because of the condition of my nails! The second time around it stayed on nicely for 4 weeks! I was very pleased. After the third visit once again the second week in started to lift again. Needles to say I’m Disappointed! It’s an expensive manicure and product!

I never write reviews, but I just had to rave about this business. This was my first time ever treating myself and going to Without A Doubt and I would recommend them to anyone looking for any spa services in… Penticton. This was my first ever sugar wax and Emelia was wonderful and made my whole experience very relaxing. The whole atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable and Emelia is such a lovely person all around. They have just received a new lifetime client and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I have been a regular Without a Doubt client for over five years having a number of services done consistently and have always been treated professionally and with respect. My friends and I had an amazing experience. We were treated like gold and the ladies truly rolled out the red carpet for us. The group pedicure and manicure experience was the best I’ve ever had. I also have… difficult and dry feet with severe ingrown nails so the care and attention was appreciated. My esthetician was so professional and truly put me at ease. The facials were divine and the results were extraordinary. Thanks to Rachel and her team for such a memorable experience while we were touring Penticton and Kelowna area!
