I bought a car from here a few months back and have been having issues like crazy, they talk a good polite game until they've sold you. Once you've paid them and taken the car you aren't important enough anymore. They don't stand by their product and couldn't care less about you as a person.
All their positive reviews are FAKE, even their company name uses keyword stuffing as their company name isn't Used Cars Toronto. The only real reviews on here are the negative ones. Stay away from this company.

Entire team at Scarboro Auto is brilliant! I walked in just to browse, and had the privilege of meeting Lance. He completed and had my finance approved in hardly 20 minutes. I bought a 2015 ford fusion from this dealership and I had an amazing experience with their staff . I would recommend this to everyone who saw my review to go there and have a look at there car inventory . I am really happy with my car.

They don't honor their warranty and over-charge you for everything. Compared to other dealerships they might be one of the better ones but don't buy from a dealership at all! they charge you $900 for a safety certificate and try to force you to buy a warranty. save yourself the time and money and put the $2k+ in the bank for the rainy days and just find a car yourself and have a mechanic check it before buying it.
Don't fall for the dealerships scam.

Great place to buy car. The staff there was nice and helpful. I talked to one of the staff member "Rashid". He was really helpful and I loved his attitude. Overall great experience would refer this place to everyone.

I worked with Lance their finance officer and he was fantastic got my vehicle asap for me and the rest of the staff have been super helpful if any issues have come up. Great place to buy a car.

We had the help and guidance from Rashad. He listened to our concerns and needs to buy a used family car. He was very patient and walked us through all we wanted and after we finished, he said now I'll show you what you really need. And in fact it was! We bought our 2009 family car from Scarboro E Auto and everything was smooth! I super recommend it.

WORST customer service. Lance, our salesman was amazing, I deffiantly recommend him. The issue was with management. After 4 days of having the vehicle We noticed hissing and squeaking from the front tires. I had a personal mechanic look at it as I didn't trust the mechanics they have, which I'm glad I did. Especially signing off in a safety when it clearly has issues. I called to make an appointment and he said it would be a couple of days and has 5 different mechanics to take it to.. I have no idea how, it should be a quick fix. I wasn't waiting a couple of days, we had to wait a week for it to

HORRIBLE GUYS! I would NEVER recommend these guys to my worse enemy, for lack of a better way to express what a horrid experience I had. I could've walked away, yes, but having spoken on the phone with one of the car salesman with an agreement prior to coming, I made my way there. Everything went sideways. ZERO INTEGRITY! The one star is for whoever traded in the car that I ended up buying (and likely got ripped off by them). I didn't want to cut my nose to spite my face so I went through with the deal. DO NOT buy from these guys. They do not explain the financing and what we have to go thru to get the car in our name- we are in a hell situation with TREND financing- not realizing that we have paid 2 time what this vehicle is worth. Stay away. Buyer/financing beware!!!

This business is horrible, they have the worst customer service ever, they have their own mechanics who are dirty and willing to e-test and safety a car that breaks down within a couple of weeks. The car we bought was NOT road worthy as promised, there was so much of it eroded and falling apart that it could not be legally safety certified and e-tested and we only found this out by taking it to a trusted mechanic for a second look. Now we are out of a car and the money we spent on it. THIS BUSINESS IS FULL OF LIARS!!!! They are willing to completely strand you there if you are not from the area
