I had aggravated the tendons and ligaments in both of my knees which was causing knee pain. I also wanted to improve my flexibility which was affecting my sports activities. Kate at Dynamic worked with me to develop a stretching and exercise program which is improving my leg strength and flexibility. All the staff are courteous, professional and efficient.

I came to see Malyne for a shoulder injury a couple weeks ago. She was very thorough in her accessment and talked me through how to do every exercise for my recovery. Any questions I had about what I was/wasn't allowed to do she answered fully. Highly recommend her and if/when I get injured again I'll be coming back. Best experience with a physio so far.

Afton has done wonders for me and my back. I unfortunately, a month shy of being 30, herniated a disc in my lower back. I came in there a hobbling mess with a cane in January, and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Afton, I wouldn’t have been able to do my normal daily life with no pain. I am forever grateful to her for her amazing encouragement, nibble hands, and tough love. Thank you to the Dynamic Physio team for being there to help me put the broken pieces of my back back together again ❤️

I had a fairly severe knee injury, and the team met with me, learned about me and went over our rehab plan. It was fully customized to me, my injury, my lifestyle, and my body. The team has been super courteous. They do both manual and machine rehab. They email you the plans for the week that you can pull up on any device without needing a login. It was also nice having them direct bill my insurance.

This is the only Physiotherapy business I will use. Every experience is positive and the environment is always welcoming. Kelli saved my life!! I came into Dynamic a hobbling anxiety ridden patient who had accepted the fact that I would have back pain the rest of my life.
