I have been dealing with post concussion syndrome for over three years. I found Reid Vander Vleuten and this clinic through the Complete Concussion Management Clinic DIrectory. I decided to drive in from Calgary because the reviews were so good.
I am SO GLAD I DID! This place is amazing. Reid is one of the most empathetic and knowledgeable practitioners I have worked with. So impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and compassion from all of the staff at Momentum. From the phone call in to the receptionist to book the appointment, until I walked out the door after my appointment.
I had thrown my back out and had been in AGONY, couldn't stand up straight, could walk, has in constant pain for 10 days after a flare up of a chronic lower back issue. They got me in the next day because they knew it was urgent and understood the pain I was in.
Stephen was INCREDIBLE! He did a thorough assessment, talked me through the whole process, and made me feel really comfortable

I had a great experience at Momentum physical therapy. Lauralee my physio therapist was so friendly she walked me thru everything and answered any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable and can explain everything in language you can understand. The trainers there are also friendly and very good at explaining and showing you how to do your exercises

Went in with an inner elbow problem and within a very short time it was diagnosed as a golfer elbow, The Physiotherapist was very good at showing me the schematic of a golfers elbow and got right to work, explaining what was happening and what it would take to get my elbow operational again without pain. The kinesiologist worked with me so I understood the exercises I should do at home. The whole staff was very helpful freindly and informative

I recently seen Reid at momentum therapy and in six weeks he got me moving again from a long term neck injury. Reid really took time to listen to me about my condition and worked with me to get my strength and confidence back. He’s very knowledgeable and changed how I deal with pain. I really felt cared for. I can’t thank him and the team at Momentum enough! Love the atmosphere of this place!

My experience at Momentum was great. Lauralee was easy to talk to and obviously really knew what she was doing. I have had problems with my neck and my shoulder, and after seeing Lauralee over the course of several visits I feel so much better! My shoulder hardly bothers me at all anymore after having daily aching for at least a month, and my neck feels totally different. Going to physio at Momentum with Lauralee was sort of a spa-like experience honestly! I got my husband in with her recently for longstanding back pain and I know he will feel so much better after his treatment program. Highly

Physio can just be physio, but momentum goes the extra mile to ensure exercises and programs are introduced in a way that makes you want to keep returning to see the progress!
