My diamond fell out of my engagement ring and I took it into sparkles and not only are they wonderful to deal with, they were able to fix it and have it back to me in 2 days! It looks brand new!! Great pricing and amazing service. I will never deal with any other jewelry store again. Sparkles is incredible. Highly recommend!!

The staff all care very much about customer service and their experience! The staff were very polite and helpful and went out of their way to help me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend with in my budget. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back again next time I have to do some more jewelry shopping. Well worth the trip to their shop!

The staff at Sparkle are simply OUTSTANDING in all aspects of customer service and the quality of their products is amazing. Bassel and Saira gave my wife and I a more than fair price for a beautiful ring and bracelet. The bracelet needed 5 links removing which Bassell did on the spot plus he suggested using the removed 5 links and turning it into a necklace piece which we agreed and low and behold Bassell was back to us with the neckless he created along with a nice chain which he gave to us complimentary. My wife is extremely pleased with the jewelry purchased from Sparkle and we highly recommend

I dropped into Sparkle Jewellers to get a battery for my watch. I also had a question about a diamond I had found, like if it was real or not. Bassell took great care of me. He did a couple tests and showed that it was in fact NOT real :( Plus he only charged me for the diamond testing and NOT the battery. Very pleasant to deal with. I will be back. Thank you so much Bassell :)
