A great company for insurance, I called intending for a 5 minute call, ended up being a 1 hour and 10 minute call. A great thanks to CHARMAINE, she was amazing, patient, professional and super funny. I can't thank her enough. She helped me with all the questions I had plus some I did not know I had and teaching me things I wish I knew before. My question was about payment, which took about 2 minutes. After that she was giving me quotes and helping me with discounts, giving me tips and even advice. I was laughing so much at her joke's. I spoke with Betsy at Riders Plus for car insurance. She was very polite, professional and accommodating. She answered all of my questions with clear explanations. She gave me advice on my deductible and the policy amount ended up being cheaper than previously quoted!

Great company, reasonable insurance pricing, been with them for a while and any time I call I get warm and friendly service. Charmaine helped me just recently when I called to change my insurance and she was a pleasure to talk to. I've been with Riders Plus for my motorcycle Insurance for several years now and I have yet to find a better price for my insurance. Their Customer Service is second to none. They are always prompt to respond and are able to answer any queries. I've dealt with several of their employees, but usually speak with Charmaine, and they all provide a Professional and Friendly experience.

My current insurer increased my premium substantially in 2022 and I was looking for a more reasonable rate. Having been a previous customer of theirs I called Riders Plus and Ann Marie answered immediately - not sitting in queue for 20 minutes like I expected! Ann Marie was super friendly and professional. I had done an online quote and she looked it up for most of my info, asked a couple of questions (VIN/MC license #) and said she would get back to me soon. I think I was only on the phone for 3-4 minutes initially and she called back after about 15 minutes after verifying my info and offered

As a first time rider I "knew" insurance was going to be hard to get. At least for a "reasonable" rate. BOY WAS I WRONG!
Charmaine and I chatted on the phone this morning for about 15 minutes and I got quoted 25% of what my current insurance agent quoted me.
She also made sure to go through the specific details of the coverage and explained what each portion covered and why!
For what I thought would be a nightmare of a time(I tried 2 years ago to go through this process and it took me a few weeks to get an actual quote) I am totally walking away from this experience feeling

Motorcycle driver... stay clear of this company!!!
This company will chew you up and spit you out. Been a client for 4 years. We called (may when my insurance renews) to cancel our insurance because I found out I was pregnant, two days later we had a miscarriage... we called and said never mind disregard my email...they said fine (i'll note they never said anything about a cancellation fees or charge or that I wasn't up to date ... like everything was fine and they were happy for me...they said nothing) 3 months later we decide we don't want the insurance anymore and we want to cancel
