Benecaid's Health Spending Account (HSA) is a great alternative (or supplement) to a traditional employee health benefits plan. It's an account that is established to exclusively pay for health care services for you and your family members. It doesn't include any traditional insurance coverage and can be used to pay for expenses that aren't covered under traditional plans such as laser eye surgery or fertility treatments.
Plan Administrators can log in to Access Benecaid. If you do not know your log in information you can contact our Benecaid Customer Care team. View your claim history online through the Access Benecaid portal - www.accessbenecaid.com. Our online portal is called Access Benecaid, www.accessbenecaid.com.

My account went inactive instead of automatically renewing as it was supposed to. As a result, I have been unable to even view my coverage. I was also denied access to the tele-health service I am entitled to through their insurance program. They move at a snail's pace to resolve issues. Benecaid let me down when I needed them.
This 1-Star review was easily preventable, and is well deserved.

Terrible, don’t even fund your HSA when your benefits kick in, horrible customer service when you call their support line. Their phone Agents never know the answers to anything, and when you email they take forever to respond

I tried to reach out to Benecaid customer care on June 16th 2021 for my account login issue. Promised that I would get response within 24-48 hrs. No response until now . Called up and told that I need to reach out to my HR for Benecaid account login issue. Completely poor customer care !

Claims department is terrible. Submitting a claim is easy, whether it is except by their standards or not is the issue. Instead of requiring more information on the claim, they deny the claim. Their policies do not make sense. Companies put money into this insurance for their employees to do as they wish but still have so many restrictions and are never easy to gain access to our rightful insurance reimbursement. I should not have to dread about putting a claim through to my insurance, but this company makes every claim so difficult to process. I'll be happy if my employer switches.

Worst insurance company. Be aware they are not what they claim!!!
I keep paying them premiums for one and half year. For the first time submitted a claim for $250 for my son admitted to hospital.
At first, they denied on the stance that insurance of my spouse should pay first and then they will pay the remaining amount.When insurance company of my spouse paid $225 out of $250. They refused to pay thier share of rmaining $25 saying that they don't have funds in their reserve.
Very non professional. I wish if I can give them reviews in negative. Putting one star as I have to share my story.

Worst customer service! Was told I still had room for more claims by a customer service rep, only to be denied and have to pay out of pocket. They are completely unwilling to make right of their wrong. Their customer service rep cost me $250 .

We had a claim submitted on Monday and funds deposited into our account on Wednesday - the turnaround time was excellent!
