I recently purchased one of Derek's house listings, and I mean it when I say I couldn't have done it without him! This was my first time buying a home, and Derek made this process as smooth as possible for me. He was helpful in answering my questions, delievered paperwork quickly, and always responded in a timely and pleasant manner. He even provided me with contacts for a great lawyer, mortgage broker, and contractor who is currently doing fantastic work on my new home. He is the best and I highly recommend him!

I contracted Derek to sell my mother’s house and I am very happy for doing so. From the very first contact to the final sale Derek was always available to either answer my questions or perform his duties.
The house sold quickly (1 day on the market and multiple offers) and at a price ABOVE what was asked. I attribute this to the hard work by Derek to get this property out and in front of many interested buyers quickly.
Throughout the whole process from listing to final sale Derek was very professional and kept me well informed. It is a pleasure to work with him.

Derek has been the most helpful realtor for my first home purchase! I found what I wanted very quickly so had NO idea what I was doing and he was so kind, patient and walked me through every step! He answered every text, call and email quickly and answered all my dumb questions without thinking twice ☺️ Several of our friends have now used him for both purchases and sales and everyone has nothing but wonderful things to say. I can highly recommend him, and have had overall positive experiences with everyone he recommends (mortgage brokers, lawyers, etc)

My husband and I just bought our first house with Derek. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Derek was not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and helped us get the best deal for our house. Derek was recommended to me to help me look for a house, and I am so happy that I was given his card. Derek was just wonderful, suggesting places to look at, finding information, making himself available to look at listings, and being so patient as we visited many properties South of Ellerslie Rd. It was during the offer process and contract negotiations where his experience really made a difference. He was fantastic, and I am so happy with both the process and the outcome!
